Hello! Here are some of the smaller improvements we made this month:
If your customers don't want or need to receive notifications about orders, for example if they are a supermarket who receives notifications in other ways, then you now have the option to turn off Upstock notifications for them.
This will cut down on doubled-up comms at their end, and ensure a really great experience for you both. You'll find the setting here: Customers > choose customer > Settings > Send order notifications.
We’ve made a useful upgrade to our standing orders feature—now, you can schedule them further into the future, beyond the previous one-week limit. Just chat with our team to get this set up!
This improvement means more flexibility and better planning for your business. Whether you're managing regular buyer orders or planning ahead for seasonal demand, you can now look further ahead (2-4 weeks) and have greater control over your production and scheduling.
You can learn more about setting up standing orders in this article or this video.
If you use our payments feature and you'd like to receive daily payouts from Stripe, chat with the team to get this set up.
This is a paid add-on to your Logistics plan and will help keep your cashflow healthy, which is super helpful in these difficult financial times.
If you'd like to learn more about Payments, check out this article. And to dig into reconciling your payouts, you'll find this article helpful.

Stay safe and have a restful break (or a successful season) and we'll see you back here in 2025!
Twice a year we have a Hackathon, where the engineering team get to work on projects of their choosing - either curly technical issues they want to sink their teeth into, or small-but-mighty features that never quite make it to the top of the priority list.
The team has two and a half days and it's not just an awesome event from a technical perspective, but it's also a great way to bring the team together, as we work remotely most of the time.
Our last Hackathon in July resulted in our Courier integration and quick-add products management features being released, so we are really excited to see what comes out of this one!
Here are the smaller improvements we've made in November:
We hope you've had a great month and we look forward to delivering more awesome improvements in December!
Upstock now has a direct integration with Cin7 Omni, available to everyone on a Logistics plan. If you're not on Logistics, chat with the team about an upgrade.
If you receive orders from Loaded you can now use our new AI-assisted orders feature to quickly get them into Upstock!
