Some great news for our Unleashed and Cin7 customers - you can now import product images directly from those apps!
We recently released Product categories, with it's AI-powered Auto categorisation feature, and now we've made it even easier to find which products have been updated.
In the main Products list you'll find a new column: 'Updated'. This is sortable by clicking on it; and after you've auto categorised any products it'll automatically sort them so the newly-updated ones are sitting at the top. 🎉
The other place this is super helpful is after you've imported products - the recently updated ones will be sorted to the top of the Products list, making it really easy to add new products to Price lists.
We're making standing orders even more predictable and useful, with a peek into the future. 🔮
Recently we introduced a one-week schedule for standing orders, and now we provide the ability to see planned orders too.
To find it, go to Customers > choose a customer > Standing order and look in the Preview orders section.
For those of you who need to provide a proof of delivery on a packing slip, we've got you covered!
On any order in the 'Delivered' status, tap the three dots and then choose 'Print proof of delivery'. You can either print a paper copy or save as a PDF and send to your customer.
We have recently released some changes to go along with our new product categories feature.
You can now choose how you would like your products to be displayed to customers: by category, name, or code 😃
Now you can easily add photos or signatures to any order. Take a photo of a delivery or have the customer sign, and proof of delivery is saved to the order - you and your customers will see this instantly.
When sending invoices to your customer's Xero contact, we now include all of the email addresses that are set as included in emails in Xero.
To change this in Xero, go to the customer > contact details > edit.
For suppliers who need to give their customers more than 7 days notice to edit their standing orders, this is now available on request.
This is generally only useful for suppliers of fresh goods that need additional prep time, like bread and pastries.
You can now organise your products into categories, making it easier for customers to discover new products and place orders.
It’s super easy to get set up. You can automatically categorise your entire catalogue with one click!
We’ve made some improvements to standing orders which we think you’ll love:
Also, keep an eye out for a future release where you'll be able to create orders even further ahead!
