October wrap-up of small improvements

Here are the small-but-mighty improvements we've made to Upstock during October:

• We'll only push an invoice/sales order if you were connected to an integration when the Upstock order was created
• We'll create order errors if you are temporarily disconnected, to let you know the orders that weren't/won't be sync'd to your integration
• New suppliers who are connected to a 3rd-party integration can select which customers to import. Learn more.
• If you don't need to see Price mismatch warnings, you can have them turned off - ask the team to help you with this.
• If you're printing packing slips as double-sided, you can now choose an option that will insert blank pages as needed so packing slips remain separate.
