July Small Improvements 🎁

July has brought a few handy updates to make managing customers, orders, payments, and integrations even easier. Here's what's new:

💳 Request customer payment details & send invites

• Suppliers with an active Pinch account can now use the “Request” button in the customer list to request access to payment details.
• You can also invite customers to create an Upstock account while requesting their payment details.

📦 Push sales orders to integrations before approval

• Sales orders can now be pushed to an integration before approval, making it easier to check or assign inventory before notifying customers their order is approved — especially for supermarket orders.

💰 Set up payment reconciliation in advance

• You can now configure payment reconciliation settings before connecting a payment provider, so everything is ready when you set up payments.

🔄 Easier Xero customer imports

• Xero contacts are now ordered by last updated date, so your most recently updated customers appear at the top for quicker importing.
